Mr. Uzo is the Director of Strategic Planning at the African Center for Innovation and Leadership Development (ACILD). He oversees ACILD’s corporate strategy. He is responsible for the management and accountability of the organization’s financial resources. Mr. Henry is a certified and experienced finance professional with twenty years of administration and management. His areas of expertise include Business Development, Marketing, Banking, Customer Service, Budgeting, Account Management, and Project Management.  Mr. Uzo’s goal is to build organizations that have long-term sustainable leadership and direction, business restructuring, transformational change, and profitable growth.  He is the Manager of the Public and Private Sector Banking Group at Zenith Bank Plc’s Maitama branch in Abuja. He was previously the Manager of the Retail Banking Group at Zenith Bank Plc’s Maitama branch in Abuja. He was formerly the Head of Marketing (Deputy Manager) at Zenith Bank PLC’s Kastina Branch. Mr. Uzo holds a Master’s degree in economics from Veritas University and an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics at Veritas University in Abuja. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRN). Mr. Okolo is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
